Stress Management

Stress is a natural response to normal situations of daily life. People are often able to cope with low to moderate levels of stress. There are also periods in our lives when we are faced with higher levels of stress, or new sources of stress that we are unfamiliar with. This can feel overwhelming and unmanageable.

Maybe you have a demanding job. Maybe you are in college or grad school. Maybe you are caring for a family member. Maybe you are currently experiencing a challenging time in one of your relationships.
