Jessica Herd is a board-certified New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing telehealth psychotherapy to clients in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. She is passionate about mental health education and assisting her clients with removing barriers to reaching their life aspirations. Jessica has helped hundreds of her clients to prioritize their mental health and ultimately achieve their personal goals.
Jessica has over 10 years of experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Currently, she helps early- and mid-career professionals, higher education students, entrepreneurs, creatives, and adults that are busy pursuing the life of their dreams to manage their mental health.
Jessica uses a holistic, integrative approach with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide individuals while they explore issues, gain perspective, learn effective coping skills, and create solutions that bring relief.
Jessica works collaboratively with her clients to create an individualized treatment plan that includes identifying, examining, and modifying unhelpful beliefs and behaviors in order to promote healthy change.
