I view therapy as a necessary action for mental well-being; a process that can be useful at different life stages, and especially during periods of high stress. I enjoy helping others navigate through the various challenges that life often brings.
I am trained to work with children, adolescents, families, and couples in individual or group therapy, addressing a wide range of concerns. I most commonly work with adults who are struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, and stress using interventions from various approaches, (including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions-Focused, etc.)
I look forward to helping individuals explore issues, gain perspective, learn effective coping skills, and create solutions that will bring relief and help to accomplish personal goals.
