Jessica is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety and depression, and assists individuals struggling with stress management and/or difficult life transitions. Jessica has practiced as a psychotherapist for 7 years, and currently works in private practice in Brooklyn, NY.  

Jessica uses an integrative approach, with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a holistic perspective, to guide individuals while they explore issues, gain perspective, learn effective coping skills, and create solutions that bring relief. 

You can expect an individualized treatment plan that includes identifying, examining, and modifying unhelpful beliefs and behaviors in order to promote healthy change. 

Whether it is working through tough experiences in the past or the present, you will have a safe space to be yourself while you cultivate new ways of managing and thinking about your life.
